Church administrative assistant

The Church Administrative Assistant is a vital servant in the functioning and growth of ministry at Aley.  This is an hourly position and is eligible to work up to 40hrs per week based on the needs of the Church. The incumbent is accountable to the Aley Business Administrator and is responsible through the Senior Pastor to the Staff-Parish Relations Committee (SPRC). The Administrative Assistant supports the mission of the Church by handling the administrative, business details, and assisting in ministry details thereby freeing program staff to focus on their primary roles.
