- 2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes (thawed)
- 1 tsp salt
- Pepper to taste
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 stick margarine (or butter), melted
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
- Mix thawed potatoes with salt, pepper, sour cream, cheddar cheese, mushroom soup, melted butter and onion.
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 6 slices of white bread (cubed)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 lb. mild sausage
- 1 cup grated cheese
- Cook, drain and crumble sausage and cool.
- Beat eggs, and add milk, salt and mustard.
- Add cubed bread and stir.
- Add the cheese and sausage.
- Put into a glass baking dish.
- Place in the refrigerator overnight.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
